2. About PyHires

PyHires is an online job platform specialised in Python-related employment opportunities in Europe, with a particular focus on remote positions.

The platform serves two main groups:

• Candidates, who can create professional profiles and discover relevant job opportunities. Use of PyHires is free for candidates.
• Companies, which can publish job vacancies, review the candidates who apply to them and use recruitment-related features. Certain company services may require payment, including individual job postings and subscriptions.

PyHires does not charge a commission based on successful hiring.

The platform uses matching and ranking systems to help candidates discover relevant roles and help companies identify potentially suitable candidates. Rankings and recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute a guarantee of suitability, employment, recruitment or hiring outcomes.

3. Access and Use

Access to and use of PyHires must comply with applicable law and the rules established in this Legal Notice and, where applicable, the Terms of Service.

Registered users and companies are also subject to the Terms of Service applicable to their use of the platform.

Users are responsible for using PyHires lawfully and in good faith. In particular, users must not:

• publish unlawful, fraudulent, false, misleading or discriminatory content;
• impersonate another person, candidate, company or organisation;
• publish content that infringes the rights of third parties;
• scrape, harvest, collect or misuse personal data or platform content without proper authorisation;
• use the platform for spam, fraud or other abusive purposes;
• interfere with the security, integrity or normal operation of the platform; or
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems or other users' accounts.

Acelestre, S.L.U. may restrict, suspend or terminate access to accounts or remove content where reasonably necessary, including in cases of breach of applicable law, these rules or the Terms of Service.

4. User and Company Content

Candidates and companies are responsible for the information and content they publish on PyHires.

This includes, among other things, candidate profiles, qualifications, skills, professional experience, job descriptions, salary information, employment conditions and company information.

PyHires provides the technical platform through which this information is published and accessed. Unless otherwise stated, such content is provided by users and companies and is not created by PyHires.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality or current status of user-generated content, including:

• job vacancies and employment conditions;
• salary or compensation information;
• company information;
• candidate qualifications, skills or experience; or
• the availability of a particular position.

PyHires is not a party to any employment, recruitment or other contractual relationship that may arise between a candidate and a company. Applications, interviews, selection processes, hiring decisions and employment agreements are the responsibility of the relevant candidates and companies.

If you believe that content available on PyHires is unlawful or infringes applicable rules or third-party rights, you may report it to [email protected]. We will review reports and take appropriate action where required.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Unless otherwise stated, the PyHires name, logo, website, user interface, software, design, ranking and matching systems, databases and original content are owned by or licensed to Acelestre, S.L.U. and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly communicate, extract, reuse or otherwise exploit these elements without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Users retain ownership of content they submit to PyHires. By submitting content, users grant PyHires the rights necessary to host, display, process and otherwise use that content to operate and provide the platform, in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.

6. Platform Availability and Changes

Acelestre, S.L.U. aims to keep PyHires secure, available and functioning correctly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access or an error-free service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable or restricted due to maintenance, security measures, technical issues, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features or parts of the platform when reasonably necessary.
